4 Point Insurance Inspection

If you are purchasing or own a home that is 30 years or older,it is likely that your Insurance company will request that you provide a 4 Point Insurance report. The report,which is not intended to be a Home Inspection or Property Condition report specifically addresses four key components in your home:

  • Roof
  • Heating and Air Conditioning
  • Plumbing
  • Electrical System

The intent of the report is to identify the age,condition and remaining life of these four systems in a home so that the insurance company can have a better idea of the insurability of the home.
