The report you receive after our inspection will be one of the most comprehensive and detailed reports in the industry.  Your report will generally be delivered to you by e-mail on the same day of the inspection.   Arrangements can also be made to download it from the web.  The report includes:

  • Sections for each of the major systems of the building
  • Photos where applicable
  • Summary section broken down into Repairs and Safety Items,Items requiring further investigation,and Routine Maintenance items or suggestions for improvements
  • An additional section of “Green”improvements around your home
  • Standards of Practice for the American Society of Home Inspectors
